    The Role
      
    As a Safer Gambling Specialist, you will be at the heart of compliance efforts, monitoring risk alerts, player behaviour, and gambling harm indicators. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to customers, offering guidance, and directing them to safer gambling tools and professional support where necessary.
      
    This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, ensuring that players have the support and resources needed to engage in gambling responsibly. You will work closely with a small, dedicated team, handling sensitive information with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
      
      
    Key Responsibilities
      

    • Monitor risk alerts related to player vulnerability and gambling harm.
    • Engage with customers via email and phone, offering support and guidance on responsible gambling.
    • Use safer gambling tools to assess and mitigate risk.
    • Provide internal support to customer service teams, assisting with escalations and compliance queries.
    • Direct players to professional support services when necessary.
    • Review customer accounts, assess risk levels, and take appropriate actions in line with regulations and company policies.
    • Support training and awareness initiatives to enhance safer gambling practices within the company.

      
      
    What We’re Looking For
      

    • Customer Service Background – Experience in handling sensitive conversations with customers, preferably in iGaming, gambling, or finance.
    • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate complex and sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
    • Analytical Mindset – Ability to assess player behaviors, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
    • Understanding of Gambling Compliance – Familiarity with safer gambling tools, policies, and regulatory requirements is a bonus.
    • Attention to Detail – Ability to accurately review and document customer interactions.
    • Problem-Solving Ability – A proactive approach to assessing risk and implementing safer gambling interventions.
    • Ability to Handle Sensitive Topics – Comfort in speaking with customers about issues such as gambling harm and financial vulnerability.
