FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Anouska worked as an actress for 15 years, taking on a range of roles in UK Film and Television productions. Whilst auditioning, Anouska also worked as an Executive Assistant across a variety of sectors. In these roles, Anouska was responsible for the hiring of additional staff members to join individual teams within these organisations.
After leaving her acting career, Anouska began working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in a 360-degree capacity across a diverse range of industries. Out of the office, Anouska loves to travel, and her favourite hobbies are cooking, skiing and reading. She also thrives spending time with her nephew Milo and three nieces, Phoebe, Demi and Luna as well as her puggle Buddy.

Michael has extensive recruitment experience having gone straight into the industry after graduating from university. Michael has spent the last 5 years working his way up at a boutique Mayfair agency specialising in office support roles and was responsible for looking after one of their largest accounts.
Michael manages the candidate’s recruitment journey by placing them in a wide range of organisations from world-class blue-chip organisations to elite private individuals across a variety of sectors and job roles.
Michael is very much the “Go To” person for all things in the office and is always here to help! #teamplayer
Out of the office Michael loves spending time with his 3 nephews and his little boy Carter. Michael love his food, going to the gym, travelling and Manchester United!
Valerie has many years’ experience within the recruitment business, in addition to being a fee earner. She previously ran the operational side of a central London agency and has recruited at all levels throughout London and nationally.
Valerie has built up an excellent client base, many of whom work with her on an exclusive basis. She is upfront and honest, with strong business acumen and a vast knowledge of the London market. Valerie is passionate about finding the right talent for your business using direct sourcing and her extensive network of contacts. Valerie splits her time between London and her house by the sea, and when not eating cheese, she is burning it off, trying to keep fit.
Emma has recently taken on the role as a Consultant having worked as PA and Office Manager in a previous recruitment agency for 3 years. Emma was responsible in the hiring of new recruits and implementing systems to help grow the business.
During her time in a sales environment Emma quickly realised that she had the passion and drive for the recruitment industry and due to her exceptional people and communication skills has settled in the team as a natural!
Out of office hours Emma like to work out, cook and travel. As well as being a doting mum to her 5 year old daughter Ella.
Since graduating with a degree in Sociology and Management in 2016, Eriona has gained a wealth of experience within the customer service sector. She is joining the team with a background in the private tuition sector having worked as an Assistant Director, where she was responsible for sales, operations management and the internal recruitment and training of team members. Eriona has a real passion for people and is excited to develop knowledge further within the recruitment industry.
Out of the office, Eriona enjoys running, baking and playing with her dog and 4 cats.
