    Are you a creative and enthusiastic marketer with a knack for managing multiple brands and projects? Our client, a premium property management company, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their vibrant team based in the west end, W1. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across four premium brands, taking charge of communications, content creation, and managing external and internal projects.
      
      
    This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable being flexible with hours, including occasional travel outside of London.
      
      
    What You’ll Be Doing:
      
    Social Media & Communications

    • Manage and oversee content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, including planning, scheduling, and writing engaging copy.
    • Design and schedule newsletters and email communications to keep our audiences informed and engaged.

    Content Creation & Coordination

    • Source and collaborate with creatives to develop compelling content for social media, printed collateral, and digital campaigns.
    • Work with in-house content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for both internal and external use.
    • Assist with photoshoots and video shoots, including room preparation, art direction, writing shot-lists, and ensuring quick turnaround of content.

    Content Management

    • Maintain and update our image library on Flickr, ensuring proper tagging and organisation for easy access.
    • Support the digital team by providing content for web designs, paid ads, and campaigns.
    • Ensure website and app content is always up to date with fresh imagery, text, and accurate information.

    Project Management

    • Act as the central liaison between all four brands and external suppliers, ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables are met.
    • Organise feedback sessions, provide suppliers with necessary information, and monitor project progress.

    Design & Branding

    • Create branded sales decks, menus, posters, leaflets, presentations, and other collateral to showcase our services.
    • Use tools such as Figma, Canva, and InDesign to design impactful assets for organic social and paid campaigns.

      
      
    What We’re Looking For:
      

    • A creative marketer with a flair for storytelling and a strong eye for design.
    • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and creating engaging content.
    • Proficiency in design software (Figma, Canva, InDesign).
    • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
    • A proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
