Who We’re Looking For

Why We Need You
As a HR Associate, you’ll support a variety of HR functions including HRIS management, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll administration, and recruitment. You’ll play a key role in helping to deliver exceptional HR support to the business, contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives, while also ensuring that they stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing data, processes, and reporting within the global HRIS (Workday), ensuring alignment with global HR standards.
– Overseeing onboarding and off-boarding processes to create smooth transitions for employees.
– Administering payroll and employee benefits, including pensions, healthcare, gym memberships, and paid time off.
– Supporting recruitment efforts, including managing communications and scheduling interviews.
– Assisting with employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
– Collaborating on engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Essential Skills You’ll Bring:
– Strong organisational and data management skills with experience in HRIS (preferably Workday).
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– 3+ years’ experience in recruitment admin, payroll, and benefits management is a plus.
– Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
