    Conveniently situated in beautiful offices close to Victoria station, this career opportunity as Executive Assistant is supporting a dynamic team of between 6-8 Principals within a leading, global Private Equity firm.     There are 110 employees in the London office including several talented Executive Assistants, led by the Operations Manager. All EAs are proactive team players with brilliant organising skills (lots of complex travel and diary management), and warm, approachable personalities. It’s crucial that you fit in and have the same hard-working mentality and calm, confident nature required to support a dynamic team of Senior Execs.
      
      
      
    Your role as Executive Assistant will involve extensive diary / meetings management and travel / itinerary organising. These are often complex arrangements with conflicting priorities and ever-changing aspects. It’s essential that you have experience within this area and are calm, collected and resilient!

    Executive Assistant – key requirements:
      
      

    • Solid EA / PA experience within Financial Services, ideally Private Equity
    • Good MS Office skills
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills with a warm, engaging manner
    • Calm, confident nature
    • Great team skills
    • Strong organisation and prioritising talents
    • Initiative and a proactive approach
    • Well-developed problem solving skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality

      
      
    Executive Assistant – key responsibilities:
      
      
      

    • Managing complex, ever-changing diaries
    • Arranging extensive and frequent meetings across multiple time zones
    • Collating and distributing documents prior to meetings and liaising with in-house catering
    • Scheduling Board meetings and liaising with C-Suite staff
    • Setting up conference calls and team events
    • Booking dinners and lunches
    • Arranging travel and itineraries including visas
    • Managing expenses using Concur
    • Managing emails
    • Maintaining filing
    • Covering absence for other EAs
