    Our client is a regulated Claims Management Company based in the thriving city centre of Manchester. Specialising in processing a variety of financial mis-selling claims, our client is at the forefront of this fast paced and busy industry.

    Due to exciting and extensive growth they are now looking for a Claims Product Specialist to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team to assist in the growth and development of their products and operation.

    Role overview

    You will become part of a developing team in an exciting growth area of the business for Mis-Sold Pension Claims. The Pension Claim department deals with the entire customer journey, from first contact on pack return, to offer received. You will be tasked with managing and growing your own customer base, dealing with incoming post, and contacting clients, IFA’s, FSCS and FOS to ensure the swift and successful outcome of your claims.

    We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to maintaining a positive and vibrant environment and is able to successfully promote our services through building strong and long lasting customer relationships.

    Duties

    • Reviewing clients pension documents
    • Welcome call to introduce yourself to client
    • Issuing, chasing and reviewing SARS
    • Chasing Missing Information
    • Returning clients documents
    • Drafting, checking and issuing complaints
    • Organising document collection
    • Sending out Pension Packs
    • Answering clients queries and updating clients throughout the whole client journey.
    • Uploading Complaints to FSCS Portal.
    • Sending complaints to FOS
    • Liaising with FSCS throughout complaint process.
    • Liaising with FOS throughout complaint process.
    • Chasing bank details from clients.
    About You
    • Pension claim experience required
    • Experience of managing workload and working to targets
    • Adaptable, professional and efficient
    • Positive, ambitious and motivated
    • Ability to manage a workload effectively and efficiently
    • Effective at overcoming objections
    • Team Player whilst able to work to own initiative when required
    • Good work ethic
    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Reliable and able to complete work to a high standard of accuracy
