    The Job
    You will join this start-up as one of the early employees, having a key part to play in the company’s growth, offering you a genuine start-up experience.

    Responsibilities:  
     
    ·       You will be assigned new projects to search for candidates in line with client requirements, this will involve learning about what client companies do and what profile of person would fit into the business
    ·       Create new job ads and post these to a range of job boards to create direct applications
    ·       Use online platforms to identify candidates matching client briefs and produce a shortlist to contact over email or LinkedIn
    ·       Schedule screening calls with candidates to discuss their experience and career goals identifying which align most with the employer brief
    ·       Send a shortlist of your favourite candidates to each client, explaining why they are a good fit for the role
    ·       Manage the interview process as the main point of contact between candidates interviewing and the hiring managers, providing and sharing feedback between both parties
    ·       Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
    ·       Be highly organised and diligent in your approach to the role
    ·       This role offers flexibility once probation is passed so that you will be monitored on output rather than hours at the desk, you may need to take calls between 6-8pm but in return can take time during the day for yourself.
     
    The teamwork in the Camden office 2 days per week and work remotely 3 days, during the initial training period this may increase.

    ·       Educated to a degree level or equivalent
    ·       A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
